You will find restaurants, bars, and shops just 20 m away, so a car is not necessary.
The property is 36 km from the major city of Rethymno with many entertainment choices and places to visit, such as Venetian port, the Venetian castle, and a gorgeous old town.

Irida residence consists of two floors with a total area of 83 sq.m. and it can host up to five (5) people+1 sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a large convertible sofa bed, and a satellite TV. On the same floor, there is also a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there is one more master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and closets.
All bathrooms in the residence have modern designs and are equipped with high-quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided.
Outdoors there is a beautiful garden with local plants and trees, which you can enjoy by relaxing on the patio furniture. A parking space for your car is also available.
Housekeeping is provided twice a week.
Baby cot and high chair are available on request without charge.
