One bedroom apartment (4 people) - Residence Baia dei Mirti

The one bedroom apartment (4 people) is located within the Baia dei Mirti Residence, in Vignola Mare, in the municipality of Aglientu.

The complex, immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, is designed with harmonious architectural lines in perfect Gallurese style. It consists of a courtyard-shaped residential area, where the ground-floor apartments with patio or garden, and first-floor apartments with balcony are inserted, divided into four blocks.
In the main building are located the reception office, a snack bar, a small market, a laundry and the beautiful swimming pool with a dedicated pool for children.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the necessary amenities: TV, air conditioning, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board on request, Wi-Fi (partial use).

Your fee includes: water, electricity and gas consumption, final cleaning, first supply of bed and bath linens, air conditioning, use of common areas: swimming pool, laundry, barbecue area and playground.

For any needs you can go to the reception office which will be open daily from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.

Check-in is guaranteed daily from 17:00 to 20:00; check-out is scheduled by 10:00.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the property in advance. Failure to notify does not guarantee reception and an additional fee of € 50.00 may be charged.

Your pets are welcome, except in the common areas. It is allowed one pet per apartment and there is an extra charge of € 50.00 per animal, for extra cleaning.

Please note that you will have to pay the following charges upon arrival:

CITY TAX: to be paid on site in cash, compulsory for the town of Aglientu. The amount may vary depending on the the time of the year.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the state of the apartment.

Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
