Bring the surfboards, SUPS, kayaks, bikes and enjoy your holiday in Agnes Water.
Sleeps 8 Guests.
Airconditioned throughout this split level home. 2 bathrooms with both having a bath in each.
Fully self contained kitchen with electric cooking, and coffee machine.
The Space:
Minutes walk to main surf beach and an easy 5 minute drive to 1770 boat ramp, the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef.
Level 1 has 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 Single beds in 3rd Bedroom. TV area with access to pool
Both Queen rooms have their own access to the pool and entertainment area.
Laundry with Front Load Machine and Dryer.
Level 2 has the main living, kitchen and dining room and outdoor dining area. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and ensuite with a separate toilet.
With internal and external stairs, please watch the young ones near them.
Alfresco Dining by the pool with built in BBQ, outdoor lounge undercover of verandah with view of the pool to watch the next Gold Medalists!

Unfortunately the Garage is unable to be used.
Other Things to Note:
The pool is maintained before and after your stay. Do not touch anything with the pump. Extra charges can occur if this happens. Do not jump in pool with sand over you, rinse off first. Strictly No Glass in the pool area.
Please make sure the water does not get below the skimmer box.
