Expansive commercial-grade stacker doors open onto a huge entertaining deck, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor living spaces while inviting cooling sea breezes and uninterrupted ocean views.

Property Restrictions

Tree House is located within a private gated estate that is actively managed by onsite Body Corporate Managers. To preserve the peaceful environment enjoyed by all residents and guests, the following regulations strictly apply.

This property is suitable for families and respectful groups seeking a relaxing holiday.

Bookings will not be accepted for:

Parties or celebrations, Weddings
Bucks or hens weekends, 21st birthday celebrations
Schoolies, Youth groups
Large adult gathering events

Additional Estate Regulations:

Quiet hours apply from 9:00 pm. Excessive noise, loud music and antisocial behaviour are strictly prohibited.
Only registered guests are permitted within the estate. Visitor access is not allowed.
Estate speed limit is 30 km/h at all times.
Management reserves the right to request guests vacate the property if estate regulations are breached. No refund will be provided.
Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 10 guests, including children.
