Superato l'ostacolo delle scale (presenti in tutta la città di Agrigento) l'appartamento è ben strutturato con un ottima doppia vista sul mare e sulla città. I bagni puliti con una doccia enorme dove rilassarsi. Dispone di un balconcino dove posizionare i vestiti ad asciugare, ma con un unica pecca, la poca pulizia di esso Il clima funziona bene e rinfresca in modo completo le due stanze
