An Apartment located at 5 min. from the beach and 15 min. of the Aguada Downtown, walking. Is 20 min. of the Aguadilla Airport (BQN) in Car. Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Got a fully functional Kitchen. 50Mb Internet wit full signal everywhere inside. We also have Washer and dryer for a fee. Air conditioning on both rooms. We are very easy to talk to with my wife and I living nearby.

There were ants in the kitchen bathroom & master bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms, not 3. The mattresses are awful, the towels were covered in ant. The master bedroom overhead Lina’s some kind of short& flickers when you leave it on very long. It could post art a fire. I made the owner aware of all of these issues. He said pest control is coming tomorrow, they never showed up. I think this could be a lot nicer place to stay if issues were addressed. Also the windows in living room can’t be closed & if it rains hard the water comes in

Wonderful Stay!

The house felt like we were staying in someones family home, clean, comfortable and had everything we could need! The neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors so friendly. If you want a real experience of staying in Puerto Rico this is the house.

Unfortunately we didn’t have access to the stove until the last day and we were still charged for the use of the dryer solder model home, AC was not all that great and there was no pump to use the air stress

Incomplete property description

To start off with, the host was very curious and communicated well. However the property states that it has AC, it does not clarify that AC is only in the 2 bedrooms, (there is not a 3rd bedroom). The two units in the bedrooms are not big enough to cool the main living space. However that could be because the windows do all shut and some don’t open. There is a futon in the living room that I assume they are calling the 3rd bedroom.

House in Aguada perfect location

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s clean and spacious, it’s a great central location in between Rincon and aguadilla, and the owner lives on site if you need anything. Melqui is a super nice guy and communicates well. I’ll definitely be back.

Great stay in Puerto Rico

This property was perfect for our month long stay! Good WiFi for working. Melqui was a great host and the neighbors were very kind. It's a short walk to a little beach. Easy parking right in front of the house and a short drive from both Rincon and Aguadilla

Near the beach!

Arrival was easy with Google maps and the coordinates provided. Don’t use the address provided - you’ll end up in the wrong place. The apartment was comfortable, with plenty of towels and very comfortable beds, and close to beaches! Check in and check out were easy. Thanks for a nice stay!

It's quiet, the owner is next door for question, there is security cameras and lights. Its a short drive or walk to a beach (beautiful sunsets and rises). Downs: *spiders* (outside NOT insides) be aware if going out at night. Parking; the street is small compared to U.S. so back up cameras are needed to prevent damage
