THE CHECK-Inat hotel was quick, the room was excellent despite reading old reviews of bad experiences. my room was cleaned, equipped with bathroom supplies. water pressure was good, water bottles provided, AC WAS OPERATIONAL and pleasureable. closet had enough hangers for a weeks stay. Bed sheets and blankets clean and room cleaning was very well provided. had a a positive 6 day stay and will return and tecoommend to others.

The facilities were nice but the staff and service were terrible. We are elderly, in our 80's and using canes, and although the staff saw us pushing our luggage cart to check in, no one offered to help us bring our luggage to the room. We also requested a Wake Up call which we did not receive, and almost missed our flight with only 35 minutes to get to the airport! Imagine, in our 80's, rushing to the airport and again with no assistance from the staff with our luggage, running to return our rental, running through TSA, running to get to our gate, all because the staff missed our Wake Up call. This could of been very dangerous for us, we could have injured ourselves in the process, and this added a lot of stress to the end of our trip. We will never stay here again.

The hotel was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. We loved the casino and the locals were there everyday most are elderly and super friendly. There is a DJ in the casino which made it lively. The area was always clean and the workers were very friendly we will definitely come again.

The hotel is under construction in almost every area. It should be closed down during this process. I was placed in a back building separate from the main hotel, walked in and out of doorways to the outside, then back inside and putting a room on the first floor, facing the parking lot with flimsy locks on the window. There were holes and walls and doors in the areas that weren’t under construction there was no business center, and for those that wanted a kids pool that was closed as well. As I stated previously, the hotel really should be closed during this process.

I always enjoy a stay in Courtyard by Marriott Aguadilla. There’s lots to do/eat/enjoy within a 2 mile radius. Staff is usually very friendly and courteous, rooms are always clean, and my grandkids really enjoy the kiddie pool! Some points, though. I can never get a late check out. I know the hotel is under renovation, and that’s ok. I think they should also consider renovating the rooms of the side wing; at least the bathrooms and furniture. They are so outdated! And the bathtub’s covering is chipped. I repeat, it is very clean. Just outdated. And I would get rid of carpets - not only here, but in every hotel! They are not very hygienic, but they are very allergenic. But, all in all, I will always recommend it.
