The staff was not friendly nor cordial starting with the property manager, reported water leak in our bathroom and it was not fixed or even attended the problem. Breakfast had spoiled fruits with unwashed trays every single day (6 days in a row).

Tudo muito bom. Denise da recepção é um cara legal e solícito. Em frente ao Hotel tem uma padaria que funciona 24 horas. O café da manhã foi sofrível. Comida simplória, sem gosto. Foi o único ponto negativo.

Café da manhã de péssima qualidade e sempre a mesma coisa. 12 dias comendo o mesmo cardápio, não mudou nada. Banheiro com cheiro forte de esgosto. Roupa de cama muito ruim e velha, o lençol não cabe na cama, tive que comprar um novo, bem como travesseiros com cheiro de mofo e cobertor muito velho não deu para usar. Foi um gasto a mais na minha estadia
