Had to be moved heater wasn’t working they never brought us the keys to the new room. The maintenance man moved us the front desk didn’t bring our key i ent down for the key they were going to take it up to the room but no one came by with a key. We got dropped off at 2pm but they couldn’t wouldn’t or I don’t know why but we had to wait in the lobby for an hour to check in. Did look busy to me the front desk lady was on her phone the whole time. We were tired but she hung to her boots and didn’t check in any of us. There was about 3 orther or more waiting to be checked in but 3pm came around and she was gone another lady got the slam of checking us all in. Other hotels I’ve been to have never had me wait for an hour in the lobby. Just saying.
