The staff was friendly and the hotel appeared clean and safe, but for some reason it triggered my allergies. Spending all day out and about town I would be fine but as soon as I walk down the hall of my floor and into my room, my eyes would get poofy and my sinuses would get runny with some congestion as well.

El personal de recepción tiene una actitud condescendiente (así como contestan las evaluaciones aquí), les falta empatía y sentido común. Se nota que no les interesa ayudarte. Me dijeron que la habitación me la podían dar hasta las 3 pm por la alta ocupación y era evidente que el hotel no estaba para nada lleno, el estacionamiento y áreas compartidas vacías. A pero muy puestos para ofrecer ser miembro Hilton honors, eso sí. La habitación olía a caño, el lavamanos no tenía trampa. La alfombra está manchada y el espejo de pie estaba sucio. Me he hospedado anteriormente pero por la atención en esta ocasión no lo recomendaría.
