Fue una estancia la verdad bastante regular, el personal es excelente, nunca me habían tratado tan bien en un hotel, la habitación estuvo lista desde temprano, el problema comenzó cuando me di cuenta de que el wifi es pésimo, tuve que estar junto a la ventana para que me llegara, la cama estuvo muy dura, al igual que las almohadas, me fue imposible descansar con esa cama tan dura e incómoda, solo pude dormir 4 horas ahí y me fuí al sillón que era mucho más cómodo, ya era tarde en la madrugada, por lo que decidí no molestar al personal, es un buen hotel en general pero a un hotel se va a dormir y con camas tan incómodas es casi imposible, apesar de eso tuve una agradable estancia, lo mejor del hotel es el personal.

We needed a place to stay close to downtown and we found this hotel, it was a good choice, good price, great location, even tho it has a really small parking lot that they share with some stores that are in front of it.

I would stay in this hotel again,

The hotel seems tu be fairly new so it is in farir condition the room was clean and the people ther where extremely nice the neighborhood is exlent my only complaint is that the wifi signal was so week I was not able to connect to internet at all I complainted several times and nothing was done to fix it. I would stay in this hotel again.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y el precio es bastante adecuado. El desayuno bufet es bastante decente y las instalaciones en general limpias. Los colchones si estan ya bastante gastados y no hay muchos espacios para guardar tu ropa.

Al solicitar la factura ya que se pagó con tarjeta de débito de la empresa se negaron a darnos la factura por la cantidad que se pago que fue $1947.12 argumentando que Expedia debia hacernos la factura correspondiente y no el hotel ,por lo tanto debido a esta mala experiencia solicitamos a la brevedad aExpedia se nos facilite la factura correspondiente ya que la empresa requiere la factura para cotejarla con el pago que ya se hizo. Estamos atentos gracias
