Public parking on the road. Restaurant 140 m, bar, pedestrian zone 10 m, bus stop "Playa de Arinaga" 70 m, sandy beach "Playa La Planita" 10 m. Nearby attractions: Dunas de Maspalomas 29 km, Playa de Las Canteras 37 km, Acuario Poema del Mar 38 km. Object suitable for 5 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
