The house was restored in 2006, is all of stone and wood, with thermal and acoustic isolation, in an agricultural environment, not overlooked , with guaranteed privacy.
It has 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with a double bed in the attic) and the other with 2 single beds and a cot for small children, a bathroom with shower, kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, fondue, blender, juicer, coffee maker, etc.), a living room with satellite TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, stereo, CD's for guests, a fireplace, a sofa for 3 people and a hammock, a covered veranda with table, chairs and rocking chair.
Outside, there is a garden with lawn, sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue in the back of the house and outdoor shower in the summer. The property is fenced with direct access from the parking lot.
The shops, banks, other services and the beach are about eight kms, about 800 meters, there are two restaurants and the Visitor Center of the National Park, where free tours are offered.
