Lace House is a sleek renovation and remodelling of an older property located on the oceanfront at Ahangama. With three ensuite a/c bedrooms, swimming pool and direct access to a well-regarded surf-break, this villa is perfect for sun and surf-loving couples, families or friendship groups.

Lace House has been renovated to a very high standard with sleek, clean modern lines, bespoke furniture and high-end imported fixtures and fittings.

The centre of the property is an L-shaped open-plan kitchen/living area. This space is dual aspect with glassed doors out on to the dining verandah to the pool beyond and similar access to the oceanfront part of the garden with views across the surf-break to a small island - magical!

The three bedrooms are all accessed from this central space. The master bedroom has ocean views whilst the other two overlook the gardens.

Outside is a huge veranda with a large dining table and a range of comfortable outdoor chairs and loungers. The pool is right next to the veranda.

There is a gate from the garden directly to the oceanfront. Note that this stretch is not a beach as such, however there is access for surfers over some large boulders.

Lace House has high-speed fibre internet. There is wifi coverage throughout the property along with wired network ports in strategic locations.
