This is a modern, minimalistic villa.



The bedroom has air-conditioning and has a HUGE bed (7ft x 7ft), and the sofa easily converts into a king size double bed.



There is an artistically curated dining space, fully fitted kitchen and lounge. The main bedroom also has a private terrace.



The villa also has a lovely bathroom with hot and cold shower, superfast fibre internet access, washing machine, pantry and ceiling fans throughout.



The kitchen has everything you need: large fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, kettle and a 7 stage filtered water system ensuring you are drinking great quality water.



The villa has a private, Bali style swimming pool, custom designed to be a social space with social seating.



The villa is in an amazing location: on a quiet street, right by town:

-3 minutes walk to the nearest beach

-3 minute walk to one of the best surf breaks in Sri Lanka (Marshmellow)
