The Space:
You have a private space with mountain views in a very sturdy 5th wheel. You will have all of the amenities of any home, including full size residential fridge, excellent WiFi, air conditioning and heat as well as a comfortable king size bed and a shower in the bathroom. Glamping doesn’t even cover how nice this RV is! You also have your own private hot tub and table and chairs We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay.

Guest Access:
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property (including infants and children) at any time, must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 2.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wander into patios belonging to other units in the property.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park.
Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest from pet deposit amount.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times
*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet rural neighborhood. Please do not wonder onto the neighbors property, while it is a beautiful place to walk on the country roads, do not go into the yards of the people around us.

Getting Around:
You will need a car.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) that may be outside on he property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expense. The housekeeping company charges double on checkouts on any of the previously mentioned holidays

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations to the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at $50 and goes up depending on shipping cost.

Interaction with Guests:
We live nearby in case of emergency and are easily reached on the message stream with the website you booked on. We do respect your privacy and will not intrude on your vacation.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a hot tub and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
