The space

Or you can grill out back under the tiki hut, which includes a large propane grill, sink, refrigerator, Traeger smoker, and wet bar. It even has a TV so you can watch the game or a movie at the bar or from the pool! Delight in lounging by a crystal clear, saltwater pool right in your own backyard. Custom designed with a built-in ledge, you can sit in the water if you prefer not to swim. The space has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. Take a load off in the large living room/common area in a comfy reclining sofa with gorgeous custom-made Monkey Pod sofa table and bar height stools. Contains indoor laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All rooms have air conditioning, air purifiers, and WiFi. While the owner’s live in the main house, they work and often travel. Most of the time you probably won’t even see them. However, they can be reached by phone at all times for any questions or concerns, and have a property manager to handle maintenance issues when they are away.
