Welcome to Casa-Grand Laus, a stunning 166-square-meter duplex designed for comfort and style, located in the heart of the Queyras region in Aiguilles. This spacious retreat, ideal for up to ten guests, offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and the timeless charm of the French Alps, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable mountain getaway.

The ground floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed (140 x 190 cm), creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. This floor also includes two modern bathrooms with showers, ensuring convenience and privacy, as well as two separate toilets for added practicality.

Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with a bunk bed and a single bed (90 x 190 cm), making them perfect for children or groups traveling together. This upper level also includes a stylish bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet to accommodate all guests with ease.

The living spaces are equally impressive. Relax in the chic living room, complete with a flat-screen TV, or step out onto the terrace to soak in breathtaking alpine views. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for cooking enthusiasts, featuring top-of-the-line appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The property also boasts high-speed wireless internet, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.

CASA–Grand Laus enjoys an ideal location, offering easy access to ski slopes, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes, allowing you to enjoy the region in every season. Whether you come for winter sports or to discover the lush green landscapes in summer, the apartment is a true haven of relaxation after your days of adventure.

The Abriès ski area is located approximately 6 km away and can be reached in about 7 minutes by car. In winter, a free shuttle also connects Aiguilles to Abriès, providing a convenient alternative to driving, depending on schedules. There is also a beginner-friendly ski area in Aiguilles, just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

In winter, Aiguilles-en-Queyras offers a fun and family-friendly area ideal for beginners, with a zone dedicated to learning how to ski. A ski lift serves two green runs of approximately 300 meters, perfect for first-time skiers in a relaxed and safe environment.

The site is open daily during the Christmas and February school holidays, and on weekends outside school holidays, generally from late December to mid-March, depending on snow conditions.

After a day of skiing or outdoor adventures, pamper yourself in the private sauna or unwind in the brand-new Jacuzzi. And enjoy the convenience of on-site parking.

One pet is welcome upon request with an extra fee of fifty euros, so feel free to bring your furry friends along.

Bed linen and towels are available for rent. Please remember to inform us of the quantities you need at least one week before your arrival, so we can have everything ready for you.
Double bed sheet: eighteen euros (1 double sheet + 1 double duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
Single bed sheet: fifteen euros (1 single sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase)
Towel kit: nine euros (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel)
One pet is allowed upon request with a supplement of fifty euros

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.

You will need to inform our reception manager of your expected arrival time one week in advance. She will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay
