Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.

Shoes off inside
No eating or drinking on the couches
Wash all sand off using tap/hose on back porch before entering the house
Please replace any pantry and/or fridge items that you use if empty
You’re welcome to play with any games, toys etc, just take care with them and put them back where you found them
