I stayed in the Village view King room which had a balcony that overlooks the pool. I was really pleased with the room and the service. The fridge had a full water jug and a mini milk carton which came in handy. The shower has a retractable line on which you can hang wet swimwear and clothes. Would definitely stay here again!

Always good to stay at Airlie Beach Hotel once again. Close to Restaurants and great music events at The Pub. The only thing missing was a table next to the comfy chair to put one's drinks on.

first impressions the hotel looks very good I receive an email to confirm booking which shows now a different price to what we paid and a 2pm check in I now ring three days to arriving to check the booking, I asked about the cost and the early check in I am told the costing is a mix up and the early check in wasn't part of the check in I asked if they can go back to the email dated the the 5/7/25. In that email it is agreed on the time of arrival and the cost email resent back to me all DONE! I get another email one day out with the wrong info, so I just wait till the 18/10/25 ,checkin day. Upon arrival the room 2 isn't ready and there is no document to say we are coming in early. Then the paperwork is found and all is good They ring housekeeping to asked if the room is ready? Housekeeping said they have nothing for that room to be ready early but room 5 has been finished so it now room 5 not 2 as its not ready the room in general is good the beds are very comfortable. the shower roof has paint peeling mould and in general for $299 a night maybe a 2 start motel I don't think we could recommend this hotel for accommodation to our friends

We were looking forward to our stay here and it was good but not great. Check in lady was nice and helpful, but our room was a let down. I wouldn’t count a concrete wall with a few plants in front of it a “garden view”. The pub was good and we enjoyed our dinner there.
