Bare Bones

Room was fine and fairly close to Aix en Provence. Staff, i.e. reception was open only during the day and the receptionist did not inform us that no one would be available after 6/7pm to request such things as the 2nd set of towels or to inquire whether Wifi required password.

Very calm and cozy.

I stayed there for two days. The environment was very quiet and it was very easy to park. The staff was very friendly too. Overall, I am really satisfied with the stay but there is one thing bad. The room is lack of amenities. There was no refrigerator, no pot for hot water.

Not a good place if you don't speak French.

The facility is fine, withe the following caveats: 1. It's terribly signposted. There's a big sign on the building, which doesn't match the Expedia name. Then there's a small sign on one of the pillars with the new name. So I went round the block twice trying to find it before I drove in intending to get directions, and at that point I noticed the sign. 2. The staff don't speak English. It's surprising to find a Hotel without multilingual staff and as a result I struggled, with my Australian-accented French, to get the woman behind the desk to understand what I was saying. A problem I had not encountered elsewhere in France. In fact, on my whole almost 4 months in Europe to date, this place rates dead last in terms of effort applied in this regard. For God's sake, employ some multi-lingual staff.

Good for the price, but no luxury

Stayed here for one night as we had a late night arrival at the airport and didn't want to stay in the big hotel chains near the airport. The hotel is very convenient for the autoroute and only 30mins from airport, so great if you are moving on the next day, but it is on the edge of an industrial estate so not the best location. The room we had was very small, literally only 3 feet on all 3 sides of the bed, and would have been crowded with 2 large cases, but was clean and did the job. The bed was okay, as was the bathroom, but no luxury hotel experience - but then again for the price I didn't expect that. The breakfast was okay, but again not fantastic, but again for 8 Euros each it was adequate. The attached restaurant though was great and the food was excellent. I would stay there again no problem if I needed somewhere convenient for the night that doesn't cost the earth, but if you are wanting a longer stay or better quality it would be hard work.

Nous etions là pour visiter Aix en Provence. Très peu d'aide pour savoir comment y aller sans la voiture. Heureusement que c'était dimanche, donc moins de trafic. Un défaut pas de restaurant le dimanche soir😔

Personnellement, tres moyen ..

Personnellement, c'était très moyen. Je dis personnellement car il y a des chambres plus grandes et meilleures que celle dans laquelle j'ai été mis ! Peut-être parce que je voyageais seule ? Une chambre minuscule, difficile de passer le lit. 5mins pour que l'eau chaude arrive dans le filet d'eau qui sortait du robinet de l'évier... malheureusement pour moi, des gens bruyants sont arrivés tard et les mêmes personnes bruyantes et non respectueuses sont parties vers 5h du matin. Ce ne sont pas les meilleures circonstances pour commencer une lourde journée de travail avec un trajet de 3 heures plus tard. Je ne sais pas si je reviendrai ici.

Bonne base mais pas mal de choses à revoir

Chambre globalement OK, literie OK Mais dans la salle de bain ça se corse - Fuites de partout (WC, douche) - Eau tiédasse premier matin, carrément froide le 2eme - Petit déjeuner très moyen J'ai signalé ces problèmes le premier matin, il ne s'est rien passé. On vous dit oui oui à la réception mais c'est tout. A plus de 100€ la nuit c'est quand même plus que limite. Si ça n'avait pas été pour le boulot j'aurai négocié.
