This ideal accommodation for 12 people has been refurbished and is just a stone's throw from the Rotonde and the town centre of Aix en Provence.

As a passionate host, I have arranged and designed the place to make you as comfortable as possible.



Whether you are here to explore the picturesque streets, discover the cultural wealth of the region or simply to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay.

It is an entire building consisting of 2 apartments with a total size of 152 m².

All rooms are air-conditioned.



Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).

On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

- Washing powder and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.





Apartment 1 is 110m² and has:

- a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

- a living room upstairs with TV and free wifi.



- 4 bedrooms each with a sofa bed ( 140x190cm) with a real, comfortable mattress (two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor), each with its own bathroom.

- 3 toilets (including 2 in the bedrooms on the first floor)

Apartment 2 is 42 m² and has:

- a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.



- 1 bedroom with a double bed ( 160x200cm).

- 1 bedroom with a sofa bed ( 140x190cm) with a real, comfortable mattress.

- The bathroom is equipped with a shower, storage space and a washing machine .

- 1 smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

A high chair is available.

Our accommodation is pet-friendly.

You can explore our beautiful city of Aix en Provence on foot!



Our accommodation is located near the historic centre of Aix en Provence, just a 2-minute walk from the Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau. 200 m away you will find the Allées Provençales and the Grand Théâtre de Provence.

The bus station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and the train station is a 10-minute walk away.

The closest car park to the apartment is La Rotonde, which is an 8-minute walk away (secure, paid public car park).



Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
