160 m² Provencal family villa in the Célony district (Aix en Provence) for 6 to 8 people.
Fenced, wooded grounds of 2,000 m² and 10x5m swimming pool secured by a barrier with security gate.
We rent exclusively to families for 2 consecutive weeks. The house is semi-detached and has 2 large terraces, one of which is partly covered with a summer lounge.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a living/dining room, a children's/reading area, a large kitchen/diner, a storeroom and a toilet. The first floor comprises a master bedroom with private bathroom, 3 children's bedrooms (one with 1 bunk bed and one on the mezzanine), 1 study with sofa bed, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
Private parking with automatic gate.
Plenty of toys and books for children aged 2 to 10.
No bath and no TV.

Luberon (Lourmarin, Bonnieux, Ansouis, Roussillon...) 35/45 min away

The house is fully accessible, except for part of the garage (for our personal belongings).
The gate operates via a digital code

The piccinist visits 1 or 2 times a week (weather permitting)
No parties allowed
In July, you can attend the Aix Festival d'Arts Lyriques and the Avignon Festival de Théâtre et Spectacles Vivants.
On explicit request at the time of booking, we can provide an umbrella bed, baby bath and high chair with tray.
Bed linen and shower towels included in the rental price.
Pets are not allowed (severe allergies)
The cleaning and laundry package is compulsory.
