This villa is situated 10 min from the famous Cours Mirabeau, the Mazarin District and the old town. There is a secure private parking area.
Once your luggage is unloaded, start your holidays with a cooling dive. Then discover the jewel of a house, just further up the lawn. The large patio welcomes you for relaxing holidays with sunbathing and al fresco dining
Cuisine from Provence or elsewhere can be prepared at the barbecue or the high tech kitchen.
The large living room features a modern open fire style for roaring winter fires.
The three bedrooms are located on private patios and terraces. The mezzanine sleeping area overlooking the living area and features the beautiful original timber frame of the house.
En-suite bathroom provide additional comfort and privacy. Two feature italian-style showers, the others, baths on the mezzanine.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people with two double beds and four single beds. Bedding is provided. Cuisine from Provence or elsewhere can be prepared at the barbecue or the high tech kitchen.

House was very good. A couple of the doors needed repairing. There were no instructions left at house for oven barbecue etc. Lady who opened house for us did not speak a lot of English so instructions difficult. Ten minutes walk to centre so location was excellent although uphill on way home. Pool was good. Kitchen was very well equipped if you wanted to cook

Wonderful stay

Beautiful stylish home with all mod cons, close to all amenities. Gorgeous clean pool, great wifi and underfloor cooling all added to our enjoyment. Christine and Max (the hosts) live very close by and are always on hand, not that we had any problems! Highly recommended and we’d love to return.

Great location and stylish property

Easy to walk to Aix old town, but on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The house was fabulous with everything you need. Just take all the insect repellent you can carry.

Great stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The Villa is a perfect distance from the old town. We are big walkers and did not need a car. We shopped at the markets for amazing fish, meats, cheese and then brought it back to the Villa to cook and enjoy the outdoor pool and barbecue. The kitchen is very well stocked too! The beds were nice and firm. Plenty of pillows and towels. We stayed a week but we should have stayed for two! The hosts were very warm and kind. Overall, a great stay!

Lovely house walking distance to Aix En Provence

Great house, lovely location, helpful owners who were on hand to advise us and communicate with us. The house is near the town so we didn't have to use the car at all during our stay which was great. The walk to the house is a bit uphill but no problem for anyone who is reasonably mobile. We travelled with three children, the youngest of whom was 9 years old and she had no problems walking. Pool was great and everything was spotless.

Absolutely fantastic house in amazing location

We had an amazing holiday in this gorgeous house. Living space was perfect, with everything a family could need. That included two coffee machines for adults and Wi-fi for kids! Lots of room indoors and a beautiful garden and pool. The house is five minutes walk (we didn’t bring a car this time) to nearest supermarket and bakery and less than ten to the centre of Aix itself. Overall a perfect home for a perfect holiday. We will return! Thanks

Une semaine de musique

Soleil et opéra. Une semaine remarquable grâce à une propriété singulière dans un îlot calme et méconnu et pourtant très proche du centre ville. Construction très récente et intelligente avec en particulier un refroidissement intelligent par le sol!

Fantastic house a short walk from the city centre that families will love

Refurbished to a high standard, with four bedroom (we only used two) all with en-suite bathrooms. Our kids loved running around the pool and playing in the garden. Off-street parking on-premises and with security (electric gate) was reassuring. We would be delighted to stay at this property again and appreciate our hosts, who live next door but left us alone for the duration of the stay.

Fußläufig 3 Minuten in das Zentrum von Aix, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, super bequeme Betten und eine nette Vermieterin die sehr gut erreichbar ist - Kommunikation Note 1.
