The house is composed of a building from 1925 completely renovated and a recent extension.
Layout:
You will enter through a small glazed hall with cloakroom separated from the main body of the house by a beautiful wooden door preserved for its rustic charm opening onto the stairwell serving:
- The main room consists of an open kitchen (whose red fronts are to be replaced in January 2026 by wood) and fully equipped (gas hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, crepe maker/raclette, crockery and utensils), a dining room and a living area with 4 armchairs and a coffee table. It opens onto the garden through large and bright bay windows.
- A small adjoining living room houses sofas, coffee table and television
- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (Note that a window in the bathroom overlooks the living room – Privacy is preserved by the small curtains)
- A bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190cm and a wardrobe
Next to the living room, you will find, on one level:
- a very bright master bedroom with 160x200cm bed and wardrobe
- an en-suite bathroom with bath, vanity unit and WC
On the 1st floor, accessible by the beautiful period wooden staircase, you will access
- 2 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed160cm and large wardrobe. They both offer access to a large terrace with views of the mountains.
- Separate toilet with toilet and washbasin
On the 2nd floor, open attics, accessible by a wooden plywood staircase, have been converted into a dormitory / small TV lounge.
The 8th bed consisting of a single bed 80x190 cm is located here with a wardrobe.
(2 additional single beds can be arranged on request if guests prefer to sleep individually)
Outside, in the enclosed garden, you will find, as soon as the fine weather returns, an outdoor dining room and barbecue.
You can park up to 2 cars on the property and 1 car on the street, subject to availability.

- 25 minutes from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage
- 35 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake
