The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here.

Bof bof Frais supplĂ©mentaire pour le petit dej pour mon fils qui a 17 ans (non considĂ©rĂ© comme un enfant malgrĂ© le site qui l'a bien pris en compte). Peti dej de 8 € pour trĂšs peu de choix. La tĂ©lĂ© etait dĂ©tachĂ©e du mur posĂ©e Ă  plat sur les casiers... De plus lors de la rĂ©servation il me semblait que les wc et douche Ă©taient dans la chambre (tres peu clair). PremiĂšre nuit plus ou moins horrible la chambre n'avait pas Ă©tait ouverte et il faisait littĂ©ralement 40 degrĂ©s Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Le bĂątiment ne dois pas ĂȘtre bien isolĂ© car on Ă  vraiment trĂšs trĂšs chaud. Point positif l'espace dans la chambre et correct le petit lavabo et sympa et les douches sont plutĂŽt correcte (lĂ©gĂšrement sale). Les personnes Ă  l'accueil sont sympathiques. Si jamais je dois encore passer 2/3 jours Ă  ChambĂ©ry ça me dĂ©rangera pas de revenir pour le tarif.

Venue pour un séjour du 31 décembre 2024 au 1 janvier 2025, ayant payé une chambre avec douche mais n'ayant pas d'eau chaude, n'obligeant à prendre une douche froide, ce qui est un véritable désagrément. Certaines personnes du personnel au courant mais ne souhaitent pas prévenir de ce qu'il se passe. On m'a dit qu'ils avaient rallumé le chauffe-eau et que l'eau chaude arrive dans la nuit, voulant plus d'informations je décide d'y retourner et j'apprends qu'un technicien doit venir dans la nuit sans plus d'informations. Et le lendemain, toujours pas d'eau chaude. Je trouve ça plus que limite...
