Electric shutters, USB sockets, air conditioning. Shared garden and swimming pool. Parking on the street. House located in a residential area, on the heights of Aix les Bains, with a very clear view of the spa town, the Epine massif and the lake. Local bus service 1km away to go to the lake or the Chevalley thermal baths. Paid guest card on the Aix les Bains bus network, reserved for spa guests and tourists valid for the 3 weeks of the stay. Pleasantly furnished air-conditioned studio with a modern and neat character. Shared terraced garden with 3 terraces. Shared unheated swimming pool (7m x 4m x 1.40m - access from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather. Downhill and cross-country skiing at Le Revard 8 km away.
