    Idéalement situé

    Logement trĂšs bien situĂ© en plein centre ville avec accĂšs Ă  toutes les commoditĂ©s. Aix les Bains et ses alentours est vraiment sympa. La ville propose des solutions pour se garer et se dĂ©placer en bus qui sont pratiques. HĂŽte disponible et rĂ©actif. L’intĂ©rieur du studio est agrĂ©able. Il pourrait ĂȘtre parfait mais quelques dĂ©sagrĂ©ments : canapĂ© trĂšs inconfortable, volet roulant cassĂ© et pas de rideau Ă  la fenĂȘtre, pommeau de douche du haut cassĂ©. Pas d’accĂšs au local poubelle. Une petite lampe d’appoint pour rĂ©duire l’intensitĂ© des luminaires de la salle serait un vrai plus car l’éclairage est beaucoup trop fort. Et si je devais aller dans le dĂ©tail, j’aurais aimĂ© trouver un miroir sur pied, des grands verres (pour boire une biĂšre ou un coca, c’est plus sympa 😉) et des grands mug. Je prĂ©cise en disant tout cela que j’y suis restĂ©e 3 semaines et qu’au bout de quelques jours, ça compte

    Séjour trÚs agréable dans cet appartement trÚs bien aménagé, confortable et au calme. Proximité des magasins et des thermes. Présence d'un garage à vélo. Propriétaire facilement joignable et réactif. A refaire sans aucun doute.

    Avant d'arriver nous avions les directives necessaires pour prendre possession de l'appartement. Idéalement situé, nous avons fait tout à pieds. Grace aux parkings des environs, nous n'avons pas eu de problÚme de stationnement. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon sejour
