The photos are not the same property

The photos are not from the flat you stay in as all the furnishings are different and the sofa is broken down and has pieces of faux leather coming off of it. The beds were comfortable and the layout was as described but, it hadn't been cleaned properly with things left in sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, dirty floors, used bottles left next to toilet which hadn't been cleaned and the table cloth and cupboards covered in grease. I understand the owner has had some recent losses and problems but, we were shocked by the state it was in. She also did not answer any messages left nor did she return the call when we tried to reach her so we could not get the Wifi code nor let her know about the broken knife left out nor the state of the apartment.

Week-end pour le nouvel an bien passée il manquait le soleil mais bon accueil au restaurant au bistrot du grand port à Aix Excellente cuisine et un accueil plus que chaleureux du gerant et de son equipe

Trop de bruit, les portes des escaliers qui claquent comme des coups de fusil jour et nuit, des arrivées et départs à l 'hôtel en bas avec les valises à roulettes toute la journée. La surprise à l'arrivée, l'Edf à régler à la fin du séjour alors que ce n'est pas précisé sur le site, demandé en espèces (très louche) par la personne qui nous a accueilli, qui ne sais pas compter et qui nous a gentiment arnaqué (149 kwheure compté au lieu de 59) scandaleux !

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l'appartement était propre et très bien placé. Une place de parking est vraiment un plus. Petit bémol, il y a 50€ de frais de nettoyage et l'annonce n'est pas très clair, on nous fait payer l'électricité en supplément. Sinon, je recommande cet appartement.

Bien située,dans bâtiment apparts.hotel Proche du bout du lac,plage a 5mn a pied. Commerces proches . Appartement simple sans "chichis",a côté de la sortie ascenseur (terrasse direct sur palier) peut-être un peu cher vu l équipement l

Quelques petits tracas a l arrivee (code d acces faux) vite resolu. Appartement pratique mais cependant un peu bruillant...le plus est qu il est adapte au Pmr... comme tous devrait l etre...merci piur cette générosité

Très agréable séjour

Séjour très agréable dans ce grand appartement, à proximité de la plage d'Aqualac. Madame Gagnière est très soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. De bien belles vacances !
