Localisation magnifique, maison fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Je recommande pour un séjour en famille sans se marcher dessus. Le jardin est tout aussi agréable et bien aménagé avec une vue formidable sur la baie d’Ajaccio. Comme il est clôturé ça ne pose pas de problème pour un chien. Merci pour ce séjour.

De merveilleuses vacances

Une magnifique villa avec un grand jardin où vous pourrez passer du temps et même observer les tortues qui y vivent. De nombreuses plages sont accessibles à pied ou en voiture. Michele et Andrea ont répondu à toutes nos questions et nous ont fourni de nombreuses informations. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ici et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Merveilleux séjour aux sanguinaires

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette magnifique Villa.L emplacement est parfait,juste au dessus de la plage des terres sacrées. Mon mari a fait du paddle depuis la maison. Grand garage pour la voiture. Extérieur paradisiaque,des petits coins d ombre. Le billard et table de ping-pong ont bien plu également.Andrea qui nous accueille est incroyable de gentillesse,idem les propriétaires qui sont à Bastia,en cas de problème ils sont tous très réactifs.Le terrain est parfaitement clos pour les enfants,ou pour un chien,pas de fugue possible.La seule chose que nous regrettons,c est de devoir partir aujourd'hui, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour à Ajaccio Août 2024

La maison Remari est grande et stylée. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous regrettons une invasion de fourmis dans le logement et une vaisselle assez vieille, usée. A part cela, très contents de l'emplacement car la vue est imprenable sur la mer et l'accès aux plages est facile. Très bien adaptée aux enfants (salle de jeux disponiple et grand jardin magnifique sécurisé où ils peuvent jouer.

Una bella villa antica, familiare, ben divisa all interno, con un ampio giardino che meriterebbe una manutenzione maggiore. Situata sulla strada che porta alle isole sanguinarie, basta attraversare la strada per trovarsi sulle piu belle spiagge di ajaccio raggiungibili a piedi. Mare cristallino e non troppo affollato. A 10 minuti di auto la spiaggia di capo di feno pure molto bella. Imperdibile il tramonto alle isole e consiglio anche una cena alla brasserie des sanguinaires. Una pulizia piu accurata degli interni sarebbe auspicabile, ma noi italiani siamo molto esigenti...

Excellent séjour

La maison est spacieuse et dispose également de beaux espaces de détente dans un grand jardin. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées. Un espace barbecue très agréable se trouve derrière la maison. La pièce de jeux séparée a ravi nos enfants. La situation est parfaite au bord de la mer, avec de belles plages à proximité directe. Les commerces sont situés à 10 minutes sur la plage du Trottel (Carrefour, boucherie, boulangerie, pharmacie etc). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour et reviendrons certainement bientôt.

Ein altes tolles Haus mit schöner Meersicht

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Der Garten ist sehr gross, aber nicht mehr gepflegt. Trotzdem bietet er viel Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten und spendet viel Schatten an heissen Tagen. Sehr gut geeignet für 2 Familien. Küche gut ausgerüstet.

Bellissima la proprietà ci siamo trovati proprio bene.non presenti ne i proprietari ne l'agenzia immobiliare le cui impiegate non parlavano ne italiano ne inglese.Si è rotta la serratura del cancello e nessuno ha provveduto.Siamo rimasti 10gg con il cancello accostato da un elastico. I proprietari gentili ma difficilmente reperibili anche per telefono.molto ben seguiti invece da vrbo che ha risolto prontamente alcuni problemi.

Semaine de vacances en famille

propriété parfaite avec de grands ados, chacun sa chambre, la wifi, les 3 sdb et les 4 wc évitent toutes disputes et la proximité de la plage permet à chacun d'avoir son horaire. Grands extérieurs parfaits pour un moment de tranquillité. Les plus: la clim et la vue Seul bémol la cuisine Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car cette semaine fut une vraie parenthèse de bonheur pour toute la famille

La maison de famille par excellence !

Sans hésiter, nous reviendrons dans cette confortable villa très dépaysante à la décoration surannée mais de bon goût, pourvue de tout le confort moderne ; literie top. Une perle rare dans un superbe écrin de verdure fleuri, ouvrant sur le golf d'Ajaccio. Le calme de la nature avec de superbes plages intimistes à deux pas, pourtant non loin de la ville, la navette des plages est très pratique pour s'y rendre. Ticket hebdomadaire à prix attractif (Le descriptif de l'annonce est tout à fait conforme.)

Villa molto bella che però ha vissuto tempi migliori...Peccato lo stato di abbandono e la poca modernità dell'ambiente.Il giardino e' molto trascurato e abbandonato...Sono state comunque vacanze piacevoli grazie anche alla bellezza del luogo e allo spirito di adattamento

Jardin d'Eden

Grande surface habitable, de nombreuses SDB et toilettes, un bon équipement pour l'intérieur. A l'extérieur, farniente sur la terrasse avant avec vue sur la mer et la plage, puis au choix billard, ping-pong, voire pétanque sur l'espace arrière à l'ombre...tout en ayant la place pour déjeuner sur la table de jardin. Bref que demander de plus? Deux points négatifs: - le mobilier et la déco sont anciens et un entretien du patrimoine va devenir impératif. - obligation de perdre une demi heure pour passer par le centre d'Ajaccio à chaque ballade en voiture Mais ce n'est rien à côté du souvenir de cette semaine de bonheur! Votre villa est formidable.
