The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please kindly fold all used towel and place on the bed. please kindly put all trash in a black or white plastic bag and place right in front of the the entrance to the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

1 . No smoking and no excessive drinking . Kindly leave all towels and face towels on the bed when checking out.
2. All garbage should be put outside the house in a black bin bag ( bin bags are in the desk underneath the TV in the living room).
3.Sofa bed in living room . If you want to use it there are extra pillows , pillow case, duvet and duvet cover in the storage beside the sofa chair.

This property does not meet basic living or safety standards. The bedroom on the lower floor is located beside the furnace, meaning you are effectively sleeping next to where the home’s gas system is distributed. The room also has a very small window that does not appear to meet standard safety requirements. Additionally, there was no smoke detector in the room.The overall condition of the house is poor, with noticeable odors and a general lack of upkeep. Noise travels easily throughout the property—you can hear neighbors and adjacent occupants clearly. Cooking smells from nearby units also carry directly into the room, making it uncomfortable.The host is friendly and checked in a couple of times, which I appreciated. However, when I attempted to cancel my reservation (as I was traveling with two small dogs), I found the policy very restrictive and would have lost 75% of the amount paid.Overall, I am very surprised this property has been approved by Vrbo, as it does not appear to meet basic safety or living standards
