Great place, But……

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Very clean, very comfortable. However, 2 big drawbacks. The AC wasn’t working, and it was quite hot all the time which made it especially unpleasant given the outside air wasn’t great due to the wildfires. Also, there were 2 smoke detectors constantly beeping. One was behind a locked door. I was going to just replace the batteries til I learned they were hardwired in. Not sure why they were beeping. But all things considered; house was great and well equipped. Thank you!
