You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Heaven on Earth

I am renting out the basement with 9 ft ceilings. This is a full basement apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a private bath with full shower. Private entrance including open concept kitchen with living room.
Smart Tv with YouTube and Netflix.
Washroom with shampoo, conditioner, soap and hand soap.
We change the bedding and towels for each guest.

Free one parking.
The space
Left side parking

Guest access
Park your car one the left side of the parking and go through the gate on the left-hand side and then you can see the Basement Apartment door. Enter the code into the lockbox. Get the key and enjoy the stay.
Other things to note:
Only booked guest can stay and if they want to increase numbers of guest during the stay, call Airbnb and update the number of guests. Additional guests have to pay extra cost.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Ajax Convention Centre. A kitchen and a Smart TV are available in the vacation home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Use Green Bin for garbage. Garbage goes every other Wednesday. Use Blue Bin for recycling. Recycling goes every Wednesday. Leave by Tuesday night.
