The hotel is very comfortable. Everything worked well, except for the breakfast service. It would be ideal to have the option to include breakfast. However, having such limited breakfast hours—it doesn't run past 9:00 AM—is a problem. We were never able to use it.

The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel.
