staff was nice except gentleman who checked us in. Hot tub was closed which wasn't advertised on Expedia web site when I booked room. When we got to hotel and saw closed sign I asked to be upgraded to a jacuzzi room which they had available offering to pay any additional charges. He told me no because I booked through Expedia. What kind of relationship do you have with the hotels? Being penalized because I book through you makes me want to close my account. Beside that, the hotel was nice for the money.
