We checked in at 11 pm, which is late but hardly the middle of the night. Was not told hours for breakfast, not told the wifi password. Once we checked in, I got a text welcoming us and asking if there was anything we needed. Yes, we were a trio and there was only two sets of bath linens. Never heard back via text, phone, or in person. While the room was adequately clean, the headboard was very dusty (right over my head) and was coming away from the wall. The vanity light is VERY cool, but we had to figure out how to make it work. Disappointing.
