Don't stay here. Check-in took at least 30 mins due to computer malfunction, with little communication on what was happening. Room was so dirty we didn't shower or want to touch anything. Loud, stinky (cigarettes, etc.), scratchy sheets, bright lights, sketchy people. Also, they charged the deposit fee without our knowledge, which we now need to dispute to get back. Overall a place to avoid.

Served its purpose

We stayed the night so we could head to Kent the following morning. It was very quiet and we didnt have any issues with check in, the stay, and check out. We were only there overnight to sleep and shower. It all worked out.

Did the pre check in and still had do everything at the desk on arrival. Clerk asked for ID and credit card which I had already provided via internet. Provided both. He demanded not your ID but your drivers license. And got an attitude and asked why I was being rude. It was the man at the desk with an attitude problem. Never will stay there again.

Did not refund my deposit for incidentals. There was no damage or missing items for them to keep my deposit. When I tried to call them the phone rang and rang before hanging up on me. I need a detailed outline of why they kept my deposit without refunding me.
