The check-in team was awesome, friendly and courteous. The room itself could use TLC. The toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom. All did was urinate and flush! I could not shower before check-out. Also the floor of bedroom is tilted so the chest-of-draw drawers would stay persistently open. Lastly, after calling the front dest to urgently report toilet-issue, someone did come right away with a mop and bucket, but the check-out person seemed totally indifferent to the experience. Not a cool experience at all.

This was a great stay.The check in staff was great. The hotel was great, clean and in a nice location. The room was very nice with a nice setting area and bedroom. The breakfast was also great. Great hot and cold choices. Everything looked freshly made. Very good. A very nice hotel, I would look to stay there next time we're in town.
