Checked in late around 9pm nobody was at the front desk for well over a hour. Use the restroom the next morning to find out I have a non functioning toilet let the front desk know I will be out all day till late at a wedding and the toilet was broke just to come back at midnight to a room never cleaned and still a non functioning toilet. But you know what I did have? A car asking for a tip from housekeeping that never was in my room.

My only complaint is if you use AT&T, you will probably have ZERO cell service inside the building. Other than that, really nothing to complain about.

Great stay

Staff were great, especially Riley! There was a musty smell in the hallways and the desk/table in our room had a board that was supposed to be attached to the wall but was propped up underneath instead. The shower was AMAZING!

There’s a lot of renovations currently and it’s a bit messy. The bathroom facet was broken and wasn’t fixed. The breakfast buffett wasn’t refreshed even after many ppl came. It was slim pickings even when I spoke to the host. For $16.00 I didn’t get my moneys worth.

Told front desk toilet was loose no tech game to fix. Asked for extra linen non was brought up. Hotel was undergoing reno and there was an unpleaseant smell in the elevator. I was unable to connect my fire stick to the TV. Other then that bed was comfy.

Just okay. They advertise as pet friendly which is great but they don’t disclose a $50 non-refundable fee until you check in. I didn’t appreciate the surprise.
