Relax and unwind in this brand new 3 bedroom home furnished in a modern farmhouse theme. Located within walking distance to the Akron bike path and a 2 minute drive to 3 popular area wedding venues. Home is fully furnished with beautiful stainless appliances in a spacious kitchen featuring a large island with stools and an equipped coffee bar. There is an attached deck overlooking the pond to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine @ sunset. The village of Akron is host to several restaurants and quaint shops. A park is situated right in center of town featuring a splash pad and gazebo. Buffalo waterfront is a a 30 minute drive and the home is situated close to the towns of Clarence, Williamsville, Amherst, Alden and Lancaster. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and features a large walk in closet and a full bath with a beautiful tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk and the 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed. All bedrooms have black out window treatments for a great nights sleep.

Fantastic House!

We had a great stay at this property! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had scenic views of a pond in the backyard. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and we just loved every minute of our stay.

We were in Akron for a wedding at The Sterling, the home was 1 mile from the venue so was very close. The home was clean, well equiped and comfortable. After the wedding, we enjoyed the gas fireplace and a glass of wine to unwind. Very enjoyable stay!
