Terrible stay. Rooms were disgusting and the elevator was broken so we have to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. Will not be going back.

Property was old, need many updates, especially bathroom. Commode was very low to the ground, like in grade school. Did not want to shower there.

This hotel was a total dump! Besides it being dirty and very very run down the elevator didn’t work and we saw people on walkers etc trying to climb steps. My husband actually helped these people take their bags up the stair well for them to their room.

Aside from the general rundown and dirty look of the place, here are a few extras: elevator inop, room not serviced, door keys had to be recharged, floors (carpet and bathroom) felt nasty, bathroom was moldy, and Google had no idea how to get to the location (kept sending me toHome Depot!).

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and old pizza. The light switch in the entry of the room didn’t work, my husband had to unscrew the bulb I. Order for us to go to sleep. The elevator didn’t work and our room was on the third floor. The ice machine also didn’t work on the third floor so we had to get ice on the first floor. The tub was stained and one of the lampshades had a tear.

Honestly for the price and the location os was pretty good. It was persay very basic but it was good basic. Beds were comfy, pillows were great, shower felt good, it was clean, good tv channels and space in general. Had a microwave and mini fridge at no extra cost like other place. Went with a friend and stayed there to celebrate him being sober for a year...he said hed return and id agree.

I liked the relative quiet. The only noises were when folks were loud in the hallway and the walmart big rigs' backup beepers drolled on in the wee hours of the morning. The staff were all personable and followed through on requests in a timely fashion. There was no eye rolling, or attitudes and nothing ever seemed a bother or nuisance to them. I saw them exhibit way more patience with several people who were obviously trying to get one over on the hotel, but they calmy and professionally listened then clearly stated why they had to follow the rules and deny their demands. I learned a couple pointers about customer service from observing them.

When I arrived I was informed that I was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. Being handicapped (handicap parking was aplenty) with a bad back, it took me almost 30 minutes to get to my room up the stairs. The hallway had bits of trash and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. My room was sweltering when I got in, the sheets were wrinkled as though they had been slept in and not changed. The free breakfast was all of waffles, yogurt and apples. It was a disgusting hotel and should not be advertised as any better than a slum.
