Horrible..took money out of my account and then stated did not get virtual card nomber from experian...so they charged me another 174.00 so I could stay. I live over 2 hours away..My bank is handling this...Do Not use Hotel.com....I would never recommend them...

Really good!

I have stayed all over the world in some many really amazing places on someone else's dime. On my own dime I look for inexpensive places that might be good. This is one of the best ones I've ever been to for the price. Good sized rooms and very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a minute.

The property appeared to be very outdated-and it didn't have the feel of an hotel-it was more like an aparthotel. The parking area needs to be repaved-and there was always a strong smell of smoke in the hallway and it seemed as if the hotel staff allowed other guest to cook fish in their room

Great Staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended the trip early, and despite booking through a third-party, getting a refund was super easy; I didn't even have to ask.
