The bed was like a rock. The couch in the bedroom was dirty and we moved it, and there was a ton of trash underneath. There were stains on the wall the end table veneer was chipped off. The carpet was dirty. The toilet paper was just hanging. We will not be returning

The experience was sub par I was charged a 100.00 deposit after prepayment for the room was confirmed. There was a lot of commotion in the lobby with other guests that were dissatisfied. Once I got to the room it was freezing. The tv was broken and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The manager Tim came up and changed our room to a room across the hall. That room was equally as cold so we left until it warmed up enough to stay in there. Over all just a bad experience. I will never return

The hotel was horrible nasty and they did not accommodate me the right way it was blood on the wall. Drugs are found in the room overall I don’t like the hotel.

No breakfast buffet is advertised. Restaurant serves Indian and Chinese cuisine for lunch and dinner only. Coffee is offered but it is not good. Sleep number beds do not work leaving mattress too firm or comparable to a deflated air mattress. Small dogs barking in the room above me all night, and always smell of cigarette smoke. No security is advertised outside doors don't even lock. Wi-Fi is incredibly slow. First room I was in had stains all over the carpet and crayon on the wall. Overall extremely dissatisfied. Also, they're trying to get me to check out a day early.

This place was disgusting. When we walked in we were immediately assaulted with a horrible smell that unfortunately was the restaurant. Everything is dirty and in complete disrepair. Our toilet seat came completely off the toilet. The worst part was that we had BED BUGS in our room #246. Based on previous reviews they knew they were in there already! We ended up leaving after only 30 minutes in the place. We will NEVER stay here again!
