This poperty was very dirty. The tiles in both rooms I was in were loose and it felt like it was going to fall into the room below mine. The noise level was that of a college dorm room.

Dirty to the core. even basic cleaning like vacuuming was not done from ages. Garbage was scattered all across the hallway. Non smoking room has strong smoking smell. The sheets are stained and dirty. Not to mention bed bugs and roaches. The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. The complimentary breakfast only had bread, butter and cereal.. nothing else. AVOID AT ALL COST. 5 star reviews are written by its own staffs.. all fake

The room we had 125 had bed bugs. Went and got a spray to use. Got thru another day and left. Staff was nice. Very convient for shopping and entertainment. Many good places in the area.

This place was very dirty and run down. Holes and stains on sheets and bedding, dirty floors, hair on sink and in shower. We tried to make the best of it, but could not and left after a couple of hours. The ownership and management should be ashamed of themselves for the condition of this place.

No early checkin

I contacted super 8 by virtual chat. I requested early checkin at 11 am. The agent stated the request had been sent and if I get an email back then the itinerary had been updated. I received an email saying it had been adjusted. When I arrived the man checking me in was not aware of my request and said the room would not be ready until 1pm. This was a huge inconvenience and very frustrating. This did not make a good impression for customer service.
