The Space:
Villa Mia Terra is a fabulous villa so near to the beach, contemporary in style and only metres away from the amazing blue Ionian Sea. 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are family rooms and all with en-suite bathrooms, large infinity pool, jacuzzi, stunning external living areas and a well-designed garden, it is a perfect solution for a large family or group of friends.
Upon entering the villa, the airiness and lightness is the first image that is created. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area with designer kitchen offering all the home from home requirements. Leading past a beautiful zen inspired glass atrium that encompasses a fragrant Greek Lemon tree. On this floor are the master bedroom and a family en-suite room with double bed and bunk bed.
Out from the villa is a simply stunning infinity pool and jacuzzi. These are surrounded by ample seating and lounging areas. A large dining table allows al-fresco dining to be experienced and lived to the full and the surrounding beauty enjoyed morning, noon and evening.
Leading down from the villa are a further two bedrooms. One with double bed and ensuite, the other larger family room has a double bed with additional bunk bed. Both rooms are en-suite
The styling of Villa Mia Terra is calm and simplistic and for absolute comfort is air-conditioned throughout.
The surrounding plants are mostly aromatics – borders of lavender, rosemary, oregano and thyme. The outlook over the Ionian Sea is breathtaking with the islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalymos, Atakos and Onassis’s island of Scorpios rising in the distance.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to 4 rooms in the villa. The 5th is closed. All other areas are accessible to the guests of the villa only.

The Neighborhood:
Pogonia, a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas,cafe and a bakery are within walking distance. The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada (which boasts some of the top 10 beaches in Europe), Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. We can book this for you at any time.
4km around the bay you will come along the busy town of Paleros which is a lively alternative to Pogonia. There are tavernas, shops and our own Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
