• Base occupancy: 8 rooms, Sleeps 16 people
• Rates are in USD, price per night based on dual occupancy
• Maximum occupancy: 13 bedrooms 52, ***4 guest occupancy per bedroom (2 Adults + 2 Kids; or 3 Adults + 1 Kid)
• Additional guests over 16 base occupancy are USD162 per guest/per night plus taxes. Children under 24 months have no charge.
• A Security Deposit of USD1,500. Cash is requested upon arrival.
• Day Passes are available at USD 95 per person per day.
• Events accepted with additional fees. Please enquire directly for a quote.
• All bedrooms can be arranged with one King or two twin beds, plus one single sofa bed and one single trundle bed
• Minimum requirement of 3 nights (12 guests min) – excludes Christmas and NYE.
• For Christmas and New Year a minimum of 15 guests is required
• No Pets
• Check-in at 3 pm
• Check out at 11 am
The contracting of external vendors should be notified of the property.
Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10:00 pm (no loud music allowed)
Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
• CCTV is installed and focused on all access.
All guests staying at the Villa must have active health insurance.

BUDGET, OPERATIONS & VENDORS.
Event fee of USD 500 + USD 500 for every 25 external guests. It can be paid in cash upon arrival. No taxes this way.

THE CHEF
IN-HOUSE CHEF. Our In-house Chef Services are included. For a small wedding, up to 30 guests, you can count on him. He will charge USD 25 for every additional external attendee at dinner.

CATERING
Our specialized Wedding Chef and his team are always willing to create an unforgettable experience for you. He`ll arrange a tailored menu for you, including an Open Bar and service staff.
He´s an external vendor, paid separately.

PHOTOGRAPHY. To capture those unique moments.
DJ & AUDIO. It will be useful for Vows at the altar, speeches, toasts, and dancing!!

DECORATION. Florals, altar, Candles, Bride´s walk.
ENTERTAINMENT. You can include different types of entertainment after dinner when the Party begins!!!

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
