Rather than facing another building or parking lot, you are facing nature allowing you to fully relax. The colorful songbirds that land in the nearby tree canopy offer natural music to the ears.

The terrace is on the second floor - that means there are no jungle creatures and way less insects than the ground floor. Because the terrace is covered, it isn't as hot as the penthouse rooftops, so it can be enjoyed on the sunniest days or even on a rainy day. In addition, full sized screen doors allow you to leave the terrace doors open to enjoy the fresh air indoors without any worries about uninvited visitors.
