Located on the 2nd floor of a small group of condominiums that feels like a private resort, this well maintained and equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that has everything you need for a STRESS FREE beach vacation. Included ARE: DAILY maid service, FULL Air Conditioning, PRIVATE (not shared) WIFI for your laptop and other devices, FULL use of a SMART TV, UNLIMITED Purified water, and linens (INCLUDING beach towels) are all included.

Inside the condo, each room has it's own views: the beach, Half Moon Bay, the jungle, our gardens and to the north up the coast. With 3 porches, it's all a feast for the eyes. Relax, read and rejuvenate listening to the waves; or stay connected to the outside world with our private high speed wireless internet. With the large open design of the condo, there is plenty of room for 4 or 5 people and there is NO shoe box feel!

Use the well appointed kitchen to make your favorite dish, or walk down the beach to a great restaurant.

Step straight off our beach into Half Moon Bay with it's beautiful perfect blue water and shallow reef, or walk just around the corner to Yal-Ku, the preferred cenote of the Mayan kings

Enjoy the PRIVACY of our complex, knowing that you don't have to fight for beach chairs or space.

And when you are ready to venture out, there are so many things to do! Or course anything to do with water and nature, but also culture, history, wonderful restaurants.

We know the Mayan Rivieira, as we spend 3 months a year here. We'll provide you with a welcome guide, and if it's not covered in this, just ask us ! We love to introduce people to the area, and want to help plan your trip.

As travelers ourselves we have adapted our policies to be much more supportive than the standard, including more flexible payment and cancellation options. We have also implemented the most modern current cleaning protocols. And our staff are dedicated only to us, they don't move around to other complexes... Less exposure. And our complex is twice the size as others, with the same number of units. SO distancing is natural. Check out our website for details!
