Why is the condo called Buena Vista ? Because of it Views and Beach Accessability! It has some great amenities like fast Fiber WiFi, Full Air Conditioning, a large SMART TV with ROKU, sound system and and daily housekeeping. We are right on a private beach so it’s quiet and easy to relax or even do some focused work.
Your front yard is our gorgeous tropical gardens with an orchid lined blue tiled pool that has both a sunning ledge and lap lane. Your backyard is our beach area: first a grassy area with a luscious lawn then our sandy beach area with plenty of chairs, loungers and palapas. ONLY for us.

BEACH SIDE: Sit on your own beach side patio, or pick a lounger. Watch the sunsets, which have incredible colors: Pink to purple to orange. Go snorkeling in our bay, which only gets 9 feet deep and is protected from fishing, boating: ONLY swimmers here. Enjoy a coffee at sunrise, and a cocktail at sunset. Or just soak up the sun and fresh air.
GARDEN SIDE: Walk around and find the blooming orchids and tropical plants. There is always something flowering. Sit in the gardens where birds and butterflies abound. We actively plant to attract them. Sit around the pool or in the sunning ledge, and smell the tropical lusciousness of the gardens. If you need to burn off that margarita, swim laps in our lap lane.

Our small complex is built hacienda style, so our condos/villas are more private and have much space than others in the area. One side looks into our gardens (not the road) and the other onto our beach! The air is always flowing with the sounds of the waves, and the smells of our flowers.
Our main living area is open plan with a large bar between the kitchen and dining/living area. There is lots of counter space you need to prepare whatever you want and we have great grocery stores nearby with all kinds of fresh fruit/veggies, fishes/meats and bakeries! We have modern appliances in the kitchen which has a bar with a fun pass through window over the sink for serving on our beach porch dining area.
Also, unlike most complexes, we have dedicated on-site staff and management. As we are so close to the beach and water, we include daily cleaning of the condo in our rates. Less stress on you! We're environmentally conscious in Mexico too and favor saving water and energy when possible.
We also have lots of suggestions of things to do and how to make the best use of your time, which we share all the details after you book. We can help with transportation, and even suggest tours! We want you to love our place and come back.

As travelers ourselves we have adapted our policies to be much more supportive than the standard. We have also implemented the most modern current cleaning protocols. And our staff are dedicated only to our complex, so there is always someone around for questions and help. Finally our complex is twice the size as others, with the same number of units. So there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Check out our website for details!
