Beautiful property.

Loved watching sunrise over the ocean from the deck. Quiet building. Strong communication from owner and condo management. Spacious property. Lots of walking opportunities along the beach. Rental car was important for groceries or leaving to go explore.

Awesome Ocean View

This property is only a few feet from the ocean. The view was fantastic whether in the kitchen, sitting in the living room or out on the terrace. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. It was very clean and nicely decorated with lots of space. Would definitely like to come back, so many fun activities in the area.

We stayed at this property for 10 days during our Akumal Easter Vacation. Since the first day of booking until our check out we felt very taken care of by Patrick our host. Not only did he provide digital instruction to the house but has a paper copy at the apartment. In the binder he included such things as where to eat, hospital location and much more. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. We will definitely come back.
