Dear Samira thank for taking time to review our Hotel on Ebooker we are really glad that you liked our hotel and our staff were friendly for you regarding to our room price its made to match the visitor expectations from a side and from the hotel expenses from other side but will study to make our price more reasonable,and recently we made a renovation the hotel in general its more cozy and servicing the visitor needs ,and finally the electricity disconnection in Jordan happens one or two time in a year maximum. looking to see you again,sorry that your experience was not as you expect
