I had the most enjoyable stay at The Dunes over three nights. I was traveling solo to photograph the Dec Full Moon over the Sand Dunes. It was great proximity to the dunes. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very budget friendly. I felt very safe there and it was close to many bars and restaurants. I accidentally left my coat at the motel and they quickly informed me of a left item, which I really appreciated. They the. Worked with me nicely to get it back to me. The Dunes of Alamosa is a place I look forward to visit again. They have truly earned my repeat blessing through, value, trust, and friendliness. Eric Lillard

The rooms are quaint, especially on the second floor. The rooms are basic and clean with fridge and microwave. The breakfast included at a cafe next door has a limited menu. The food was good, but greasy and basic. The motel in itself is fine for the money, but it’s on the Main Street and a little loud. Otherwise fine.
